Taking time off and recharging is critical to doing your best work. Please carve out time during the year for rest, including a mix of one-off days away and longer breaks to fully disconnect. Teammates manage their own calendars with advice from teammates, and approval from managers. Below are some guidelines, and the logistics of how to approach organizing time off.
