The Salary System aims to accomplish several goals

  1. Align Consistent levels & titles across the organization including the Executive Team.
  2. Add more room for growth at senior levels as a part of our vision to invest in a more senior team.
  3. Serve as a foundation for issuing equity and defining Ownership.
  4. Set us up for easier future salary data and formula changes.
  5. Bring greater simplicity, accessibility and transparency to salaries.
