What is Buffer’s Dependent Stipend?

We grant $3,000 USD per year for each dependent child.

A “dependent child” is defined as:

• Under 18 years old
• Residing in your home
• A child for whom you’re a primary caregiver

To receive the stipend, please fill out this form.

How and when you’ll see the stipend paid out:

• US + International Teammates: The grant is paid out monthly on the last business day of the month. It will be deposited into your account separately from your regular paycheck.
• UK Teammates: The grant is paid out monthly on a set schedule. It will be included in your paycheck, identified by a line item on your payslip.
• Canadian Teammates: The grant is paid directly through your PEO, Remote.

Additional Details:

• There is a limit of 4 dependents for each teammate.
