We want our team to live and work where they are happiest and most productive so we offer our teammates up to $200 a month for reimbursed beverages purchased in order to work at a coffee shop or cafe. ☕️

The Details:

If you enjoy working from a coffee shop and it boosts your productivity, we understand you’ll want to enjoy an item or two to snag the table to work and support the shop. We will cover up to $15 USD per day, up to $200 USD/month. Please cover additional expenses personally.

• This is for folks who do not have a regular membership to a coworking space. See more Co-working Space Memberships
• Day passes for co-working spaces are also included in this stipend.
  • Please consider this stipend when submitting day passes + coffee shop reimbursements and aim to not exceed $200 USD per month.
• We trust you’ll be using this perk to work from a coffee shop or cafe. Please ensure to stay within budget so we can continue to make this perk available to the team.

Expensing this allowance:

• It’s up to you to track your monthly expenses via Expensify. Please help out your finance team by staying up to date with your expenses. Expenses should be submitted within 60 days of the receipt date, or they are unable to be covered.
• For accounting purposes, all expenses need a receipt. If you
• Please select the appropriate category for coffee (Meals & Entertainment) or day pass (Coworking Space & Rent). Please refrain from claiming both of these for the same day.
• In the Report’s memo section, ****as you submit your monthly expenses, note the total cost of your coffee stipend receipts for that month (up to $200 USD, but it is okay to be less than that)
