Our primary tools for company-wide communication and information are Slack, Campsite, Notion, Zoom, and Dropbox Paper. (Your area may use additional tools in addition to these.)
Here are some guidelines on how we use each of these tools, and how to choose which one to use.

Slack is ideal for fun casual chatter, along with real-time collaboration and notifications.
Campsite is for asynchronous collaboration, decision-making, internal updates, and announcements. We also use Campsite’s video call feature for ad-hoc meetings.
