You'll join our Value-led Growth team - a small, focused EPD team that owns Growth Product initiatives at Buffer. We work on things like Pricing and Packaging, activation, acquisition and retention loops, and other initiatives that drive stronger acquisition, retention, and monetization. Our goal is to help users discover the value of Buffer.

We went deep into the Value-led Growth strategy in a recent All Hands meeting. Below is a recording walking through the concept, what it means at Buffer, some projects we will work on within it’s scope, and the team involved.
We've just kicked off our first VLG project - supporting Buffer’s Affiliate Program which is run via Dub. With this infrastructure, we’ll be able to support managing Buffer Affiliates, incentives, tracking, and future referral programs that support Buffer’s strong word of mouth acquisition loop.
