In 2024, we are designing a new equity plan to extend options to those who haven't yet participated and to new hires. In addition to the initial grant, we are also introducing two new stock option types: promotion grants & evergreen grants. As of this writing, June 2024, we are not currently issuing stock options.

  • Issued as part of joining the company
  • The initial grant will be based on: your starting salary x impact multiplier x risk multiplier
• Promotion Grant
  • Issued at the time of a promotion
  • The Promotion Grant formula will use this same base formula as the initial grant.
• Evergreen Grant
  • Issued at tenure milestones
  • The Promotion Grant formula will use this same base formula as the initial grant.
