In most cases, we encourage you to provide feedback directly to a teammate via Slack or Zoom. This is the most helpful way to provide feedback because the teammate can ask questions and have a conversation about your comments. Read more on how to give feedback at Buffer here: How to give feedback.
However, if you’d feel more comfortable sharing your comments anonymously, you may use our Anonymous Feedback Form. The People team will monitor these submissions. For security purposes, you need to be logged into your Buffer Gmail to use this form, but your email address is NOT recorded, so the form is anonymous.
